The Rehab Center for Persons with disabilities will play a vital role in the history of Pakistan. This will be the very first fully equipped Rehab Center for disabled individuals due to spinal cord injuriesin the Province of Punjab. The key features of this center will include peer support, advocacy, assistive technology, skill development, access to accessible housing and transportation, and independent control over daily choices and lifestyle through psychological counseling, sports, andday-to-day activities. This center will provide services to help disabled persons learn skills, whileindependent living emphasizes applying them to live autonomous lives within the community withconfidence and trust.
